The Level 3 Award in Education & Training is aimed at learners aged 19+ and has been designed to provide an introduction to teaching for individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE Colleges, Independent Training Providers and/or Local Authorities.

The qualification does not require you to be currently teaching. you will be required to observe and provide feedback on the other trainee teacher’s practice in addition to delivering a 30 minute microteach.
Please note you are required to type your written assessments and session plan.
It can meet the needs of a range of trainee teachers, such as:
Individuals not currently teaching or training
Individuals currently working as assessors who wish to achieve a qualification that provides an introduction to teaching.
Individuals currently teaching and training non accredited qualifications.
Level 3 Award in Education & Training course includes:
H/505/0053 Understanding of Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training. D/505/0052 Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning in education and training (this unit includes a 30 minute microteach.
The subject of which will be discussed on your course. R/505/0050 Understanding assessment in Education and Training.
